Our purpose built gymnastics hall is home to a full sized Olympic floor, two raised trampolines, 1 sunken trampoline to pit (with travelling rig), 1 full length tumble track with travelling rigs, 1 training track to pit, 1 fast track to pit, 1 training floor to pit, A-Bars to pit, Rings, A Bars, Beams and a Double Mini Trampette.

The large equipment is supported by a comprehensive range of training aids for our services - soft foam shapes, ladders, ropes, A-Frames, planks, balls, rigs

PreSchool Gymnastics based activities for children 9 months through to 3 year olds

General gymnastics sessions for children 4 to 16 year olds

Acrobatics, and Tumbling Competitive Squad

Free Running sessions catering for ages 8 upto adult

Birthday parties with 1 hour of supervised running, jumping and rolling
